What is the duration of the offer?
The best paper award is a limited time offer available till 31 December 2024.
Who can participate?
The award is open to all the author(s) who will be submitting their research papers during the award offer.
What is the award?
IJP will be giving a best paper certificate and an Amazon Gift voucher worth Rs. 1000 to best paper from each of the published journals for each published volume.
Is there a minimum criteria or terms and conditions?
As we are encouraging quality research, we want to ensure that a minimum of 50 articles / research papers are published in a given volume. To be fair and ethical it will not make sense to select a best paper from a lot which is less than that size.
What do the author need to do to participate?
The author does not need to do anything particular other than submitting the article and ensuring that the article is selected for publishing. Also, the best paper will be selected only after a volume is published. Any article/paper withdrawn before the publishing will not be considered for the award selection process.
How will I know if my paper has been awarded?
You will receive communication from Inter Journal Publications (IJP) informing you about the same.
Are there any tax implecations?
No, there are no tax implications or tax liabilities for the authors.
General Terms and Conditions
An author would mean the corresponding author(s). In case there are more than one corresponding author(s), an email will be sent to all corresponding authors to decide who will receive the award vouchers. The award certificate will be issued in the name of the paper and all the contributing authors.
Only articles published in a volume with fifty or more articles published will be considered for selection for the award. In case your article is published in the volume with less than that number of articles, your name will not be considered for the best paper award in the subsequent volumes published for the journal.
Inter Journal Publications (IJP) is offering the aware as its sole discretionary rights and is under no obligation otherwise to offer it. Inter Journal Publications (IJP) reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice to the authors and might withdraw the offer without any prior notice or confirmation. Author(s) shall have no right in this regard.
Author(s) may review the Article Processing Charges (APC) and withdrawal guidelines under Article Processing Charges (APC)
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
