The Article Processing Charges (APC) are collected for maintaining the website and team expenses; and are not collected for profit. The author has the option to cancel the article and not get it published before deposit of the Article Processing Charges (APC). After that point there is no refund or cancellation possible as the article will go for inclusion in the upcoming issue and will be published. Author(s) are requested to understand that once the article is approved for processing, a lot of tasks and activities have already gone into it. Even after that the author can request a cancellation, however, once the APC are deposited it is not possible.
Please note the following

- Please reach out to the editor or journal editorial team in case of any discrepancy or query on the policies and procedures
- Cancellation is possible after submission and approval but before deposit of APC
- There is no refund after deposit of APC
- As there are no physical goods, there is no return policy
- All disputes are under the jurisdiction of Delhi state only
